This Privacy Policy describes how Vypex Pty Ltd. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Vypex,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) collect, use, and share your personal information in connection with our websites located at www.vypex.com, beacon.vypex.com, and any other websites we operate that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”), our social media pages, and our email communications (collectively, and together with the Site, the “Service”), and the choices you have with respect to your personal information.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any personal information that may be collected by our customers in connection with their use of Vypex products, where applicable.
